As a servant leader, my focus is on how leadership decisions impact brothers, chapters, and communities across the Southern Region. I am committed to turning vision into action-ensuring ideas do not stop at discussion but move forward with clarity, follow through, and measurable results.

My platform is focused on closing gaps through action. From Day One, I will ask the necessary questions to identify where college and alumni chapters need support, clarity, and access. From the understanding, Execution follows-intentional, accountable, and measurable.

Building consistent and effective communication between regional leadership, districts, and chapters to ensure every brother is informed supported, and heard.
Clear Structure
Ensuring every brother knows who to contact, when to reach out, and how to access support-eliminating confusion and strengthening accountability.
Measurable Success
Implementing accountability measures that track progress, evaluate impact, and ensure results across chapters, districts, and the region.
Recognition at Every Level
Intentionally recognizing and celebrating the contributions of college and alumni brothers whose works strengthens Alpha across the Southern Region.

Qualifications
Leadership & Governance
Served in multiple leadership roles within Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., gaining firsthand experience in chapter operations, governance, and accountability
Proven ability to collaborate across undergraduate and alumni chapters to align goals and strengthen chapters effectiveness.
Experience leading committees, coordinating, initiative, and ensuring follow-through on organizational priorities.
Strong working knowledge of districts and regional structures, leadership responsibilities, and member engagement.
Military & Service
United States Army Veteran with demonstrated discipline, professionalism, and integrity through leadership and supervisory experience
Experience managing responsibilities under pressure while enforcing standards and maintaining fairness and transparency
Proven commitment to ethical leadership and principled decision-making, even in challenging environments.
